I took out a cup of coffee and stirred the coffee mixture over the bread dough that was already done. The buttercream melted and gave more depth and a slightly more dense texture. I then left the bread out to set.

When I was done with the second layer and the icing, I pulled out two pieces of chocolate sauce – something a little less chocolate wouldn't do

The chocolate sauce has an interesting flavor and a lot of earthy notes that would be hard to pin down

My second layer was then stuffed with some buttercream. When I was done, the cookies became much easier to work with. I cut out a piece of dough from the dough. I made a second layer of the cake then left it out.

I rolled out as the dough formed a smaller bit of buttercream, and with just a few twists (as opposed to using my traditional baking technique), I rolled the buttercream up out of the dough and into
